The Aviation Division of the company was formed in 1998 with the aim of supporting the Naval Aviation for maintaining its Russian Origin aircrafts by providing avionics repair services at the door step of the customer. It was the first successful attempt by a private sector company in India and we have the distinction of being the first private sector company to get certified by CEMILAC (Bangalore) for indigenous repairs of Russian Origin Avionics. The company has set up a full-fledged avionics repair centre at Goa which is equipped with state-of-the-art PCB diagnostic equipment and till date has undertaken the repairs of over 5000 Line Replacement Units pertaining to various aircraft and helicopters of the Indian Navy.
In addition to the Naval Aviation, the company has extended avionics repair services to Aircraft Overhaul Division of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. at Nasik. Currently we are engaged in execution Repair Rate Contracts for 31 different categories of modules / rotables of various equipment / systems installed on MIG and Sukhoi 30 MKI aircrafts.
The company has also been certified by DGAQA since 2019 for undertaking the repair and overhaul of various aviation stores pertaining to Su-30 MKI, MIG – 29, MIG - 21 and IL – 38 aircraft.

Post graduate from Pb University, did MBA from FMS Delhi University. Commissioned in the Indian Navy in 1976, retired as a Rear Admiral in 2013. Awardee of CNS commendation in 1993 and VSM in 2006, served as Registrar at the DIAT (A Deemed University under DRDO) till Nov 2015. Served as COO/ CEO in ROS(I) till Oct 2019. Now, serving as the Principal Adviser in KDTL.
An Electrical Engineer and Naval veteran with 18 years experience in Russian Origin weapons, Controls & Navigational Equipment. Also having exposure to the industry for last 19 years in handling various projects of supply and service nature. Having knowledge in Techno –commercial aspects of refits / repairs of Indian Naval & Coast Guard Vessels and managing the refit projects, including subcontracting, commercial negotiations and material management.
Joined Indian Navy in Jan 1976, underwent various professional and management courses. Served on board naval ships and ashore appointments in various capacities with distinction. Rendered 30 years of distinguished service of high order and was awarded CNS (Chief of Naval Staff) Commendation on 15 Aug 1996 and Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM) on 26 Jan 1999. Retired from Navy as Hon. Lieutenant in Jan 2006.
Retired as a Commandant from ICG after successful carrier of 32 years. During CG tenure held appointments as Director Material and Joint Director Logistics at CGHQ, CGRPS Goa, LOs of all class of Ships of CG, Regional technical officer of RHQ East and West, Technical officer at Chennai and Kochi. CG officer of 9th regular batch of CG and vast experience in Ships construction, maintenance as well as administration in various departments of CG.
A veteran submariner who joined Rosoboronservice (India) in 2012 and later joined Krasny group in 2018, as a general manager (Branch Head), Vizag. Successfully executed guarantee and post guarantee services for Chakra project for a span of 09 years, presently executing turnkey projects in Ship Building Center.
An Electronics & Communication Engineer with over 20 years experience in electrical, radio and weapon equipment with varied portfolios and responsibilities including Maintenance, STW & Commissioning. He was a key member of Quality and Acceptance Trial Team & involved in System design, development and indigenization for the Indian Navy. He is also an entrepreneur in system designing & indigenization.
A mechanical engineer with marine specialization & over 20 years of experience in installation, maintenance, operation & trials of complex machinery onboard ships & submarines. He is also experienced in material planning, forecasting, and has steered indigenization projects for ships & submarines.
A former IAS officer turned Entrepreneur, he has worked in various positions from Ministry of Finance to Agriculture, holding positions in State and Central Governments including the position of Secretary to the Union Minister of State for Finance. He has a Masters in Business Administration from Strathclyde Business School, UK with specialization in Financial Management. On relinquishing his IAS job, he has been actively involved in setting up large infrastructure projects such as Airports, Railways, Expressways and Special Economic Zones. His specialized areas of expertise include Project Management / Project Finance and Public Private Partnership. He also brings to the table his vast experience working with foreign governments like that of UK, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria etc. as well as International Financial Institutions / Banks like ABN Amro, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Stanchart & Grindlays.
Shri. Sanjay Appasaheb Nirmale an Electronics & Industrial Engineer is associated with Aviation Field for over 37 years. He is heading the Avionic Division based at Goa, which has got SEMILAC certification since 2001 as well as the branch at Karwar. Was instrumental in providing successful breakthroughs in operationalization of Air Defence platforms “Tanguska”, Missile test stands “Strella 10M” and Igla Missiles for Indian Army. Has developed indigenous capabilities for repair / maintenance of rotables / blocks of Russian origin platforms operated by all three services of Indian defence. He is in KDTPL since 1999.
